They worked with local government agencies to ensure proper procedures and inspections were followed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience working with Wise Choice Construction on a pillar project at our condo in Longboat Key! I first spoke with Svet and then worked closely with Marius to get the quote and complete the work. The entire process was seamless from start to finish! Their team did a phenomenal job. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and they were incredibly clean, organized, and respectful of the space. Communication was excellent throughout, which made the project completely stress-free. They even replaced a light switch so it was congruent with the rest of the switches throughout the condo, which was a very thoughtful touch! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wise Choice Construction and am already looking forward to working with them again on future projects!! Will update with photos once our other contractors finish their part of the project! :)

I recently bought a vacation house in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota. It’s a new construction, and as is often the case, the original builder cut some corners to keep costs down. Honestly, I wasn’t too thrilled with the quality I ended up with. Then I came across Marius with Wise Choice Construction. A mutual friend, who had her kitchen remodeled by them, recommended them to me. I have to say, the work they did was fantastic.
